Wind Works Power Corp. Closes Acquisition of Zero Emission People LLC.

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - 02/03/10) - Wind Works Power Corp. (OTC.BB:WWPW - News)(Frankfurt:R5E1 - News)(WKN: AOKE72) is pleased to announce it has closed its acquisition of Zero Emission People LLC., effective January 31, 2010.

Wind Works acquired Zero Emission People's equity interest in 10 wind energy projects in Canada and the United States totaling 320 megawatts (MW) plus options to increase the equity interest in the same projects to a total of 355 MW. Wind Works has a current total potential developmental pipeline of 23 wind energy projects totaling 587 MW.
